Who we are

The website is operated by Marlborough Gulf DMCC, Office 508, HDS Business Centre, Cluster M, Jumeirah Lakes Towers, P O Box 478355, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is licensed by the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (licence JLT-68000) for management consultancy, accounting and bookkeeping, corporate services and tax consultancy.

Our guides are information, not advice

The guides, articles and tools on this website give general information about the law and practice in the UAE, the United Kingdom and India, as we understand it on the date each page was last checked. They are not advice on your circumstances.

Laws and their interpretation change, and announced measures may not become law in the form described. Before acting on anything you read here, take advice that takes your own position into account.

Nothing on this website is an offer or promotion of a bank account, insurance policy, investment, pension or other financial product or service.

When we start working for you

Using this website, sending an enquiry, or speaking with us does not make you a client. We act for you only once we have both signed an engagement letter. That letter, not these terms, sets out the work, the terms of the engagement and our responsibilities.

Where your plan needs a licensed specialist, such as a law firm, a bank or an insurer, you appoint and contract with that specialist directly, and it is responsible for its own services.

Accuracy

We take care to keep this website accurate and up to date, and each guide shows when it was last checked. We can't promise that every page is complete, current or free from error at all times, and we may change or remove any content without notice.

Links to other websites

Where we link to another website, such as a government page, we do so for your information. We are not responsible for its content, and a link is not an endorsement of the organisation behind it.

Our content
