Licences and regulation
Before you rely on a firm with your family's affairs, you are entitled to know exactly what it is licensed to do, by whom, and what it leaves to others. This page sets that out for Marlborough Gulf, with the register entries you can check yourself.
Our licence
Marlborough Gulf DMCC was registered in the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre free zone on 16 December 2012, registration number JLT4461. Its licence, JLT-68000, was first issued on 23 January 2013 and is renewed each year. The Dubai Multi Commodities Centre is the licensing authority. The licence covers 4 activities:

| Tax Consultant | We advise on UAE corporate tax and VAT for your companies and structures. We do not act before the Federal Tax Authority as a registered tax agent. |

Registered agent of RAK ICC
Marlborough Gulf is a registered agent of RAK International Corporate Centre (RAK ICC), the Ras Al Khaimah registry for international companies, listed for corporate services and private client services. What we are not licensed to do
Marlborough Gulf DMCC is not regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority, the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of ADGM, the UAE Capital Market Authority, the Central Bank of the UAE, the UK Financial Conduct Authority or the Monetary Authority of Singapore. We do not give investment, pension or insurance advice, act as trustee, act as registered agent for DIFC or ADGM foundations, or provide legal services.
