How we work

A move across borders, or a structure that spans them, brings in a dozen people: tax advisers in 2 countries, lawyers, banks, registries, trustees and the family itself. Each knows its own piece. We hold the whole of it: a single plan and timetable, and one person at the firm you deal with from the first conversation to the annual filings.

The Full Mandate

Under a Full Mandate, we take responsibility for the whole matter. We work out what needs to happen and in what order, introduce the licensed specialists your plan needs, coordinate their work, and track each step against the agreed timetable.

1. A confidential consultation

We start with where your family stands today: the countries you live, work and hold assets in, your business, your homes, and what you want to change. Nothing is committed at this stage.

2. The plan

We set out the decisions in front of you and the order they need to be taken in, with the deadlines that fix that order. We show who will handle each one and when. You approve the plan before any document is signed.

3. The team

For each regulated step, we introduce a licensed specialist, such as a tax adviser, a law firm, a private bank or an insurer. You appoint and contract with each one directly, and we coordinate their work with the rest of your plan. Where a trust is the right answer, you appoint the trustee, usually a licensed trust company, and we work with them.

4. Delivery

Your point of contact coordinates the work from start to finish. Some steps we carry out directly:

  • forming and administering UAE companies, including RAK ICC companies
  • keeping company accounts
  • advising on UAE tax

The specialists carry out the rest, and we keep everyone working to the same timetable.

5. Afterwards

Residence, tax and succession rules change, and so do families. We handle the companies' annual registry filings, accounts and renewals, and review the structure when the law or your family changes.
