Marlborough Gulf is a cross-border estate planning firm in Dubai. Since 2012 we have planned how internationally mobile families hold their wealth, how it is taxed and how it passes on. The work draws on UAE company law, accounting, UAE tax, and the residence and succession rules of the countries our clients come from, and it is done with the law firms, private banks, insurers and trust companies that carry out each regulated step.
Who we welcome
We welcome enquiries from people with experience in:
- private client work in a law firm, trust company or family office
- UAE company formation and administration, in a free zone or at RAK ICC
- accounting, bookkeeping and UAE corporate tax
- client coordination across several advisers and countries
Fluent English is required. Arabic, and experience of UK or Indian clients, are an advantage.
