Its address is Office 508, HDS Business Centre, Cluster M, Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai, UAE. Its postal address is P O Box 478355, Dubai, UAE.
Marlborough Gulf DMCC is licensed by the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (licence JLT-68000) for the following activities:
- Management Consultancies
- Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Corporate Services Provider
- Tax Consultant
It is a registered agent of RAK International Corporate Centre (RAK ICC).
What we don't do
Marlborough Gulf DMCC is not regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority, the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of ADGM, the UAE Capital Market Authority, the Central Bank of the UAE, the UK Financial Conduct Authority or the Monetary Authority of Singapore. It does not:
- give investment, pension or insurance advice, or arrange financial products
- act as trustee of any trust
- act as registered agent for foundations in the Dubai International Financial Centre or Abu Dhabi Global Market
- act for clients before the UAE Federal Tax Authority as a registered tax agent
- provide legal services
Where a client's plan needs any of these, the work is carried out by a firm that holds the relevant licence. That firm is responsible for its own services and will set out its terms directly with the client.
