For advisers whose clients live in, or are moving to, the UAE
When a client lives in the UAE or is moving here, some of the work has to happen locally:
- a UAE company
- residency
- banking
- a tax residency certificate
- structures for property or a family business
We coordinate the UAE work, carry out the parts our licence covers, and report to you at each step that affects your own advice.

How we work with you
You stay your client's adviser. We don't replace the accountant, lawyer or banker who already knows them. We work alongside you on the parts of their affairs that sit in the UAE.
We keep you informed. You see the plan, the timetable and anything that affects your own advice, such as when a UAE company is formed or when your client becomes UAE tax resident.
We bring the UAE work together.
- We form and administer UAE companies, including RAK ICC companies as a RAK ICC registered agent.
- We keep company accounts and advise on UAE tax.
- We coordinate the other specialists your client's plan needs.
Typical cases
- Business owners setting up in the UAE, who need a company, residency and banking arranged in the right order.
- Families holding property or a family business in a structure that has to work in more than one country.
- Clients who need one coordinator in Dubai for work across several firms.
